Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days (weekends/holidays excluded) for item to be shipped after your payment has cleared. Each batch is processed by hand to ensure it's consistency, some items may take longer to ship due to our infusion process. If more time is needed you will be contacted.
Once the order is submitted through Paypal, the customer is responsible for ensuring the mailing address is correct and verified.
If a order is returned to us, it will be reshipped if requested, buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
Customer has 7 business days to request reshipping if the item has been returned to us.
An additional 3-5 business days must be allowed for reshipping. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation so that we can ensure your package is received and you can ensure that your package was shipped.

Product Usage
All of our products are all natural and handmade without any harsh chemicals or preservatives. Yet it is still important that you read the ingredient listings carefully to ensure you do not have any allergies. Also, performing a skin patch test prior to usage is advised. Please follow suggested use instructions to get the maximum results from each product and to avoid injury.
Returns
All sales are final.
If package is returned to us in error, we will reship at customer's request. Customer must request package to be returned within 5 days, so that we confirm additional shipping charges. Reshipping charges will be the customers responsibility unless return is due to company error. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days to reship your package.
It is our goal to ensure that each and every customer is satisfied. So please contact us so that we can find a resolution if there happens to be a problem.
